Hello and welcome, my name is Jamie Alexah-Taylor and I will put my: *2 years Performing Arts study *7 years experience as an Exotic Entertainer, Podium Pole Dancer and Showgirl *5 years teaching experience into your classes, to make sure you get the best out of each and every lesson with me :) Aswell as introducing Authentic Pole Dance classes to Pembrokeshire, Defy Gravity also brought Pole Championships and Charity shows into the area. *If you are becoming bored of the gym *Or need something a bit more exciting than a run of the mill dance class *Or feel silly bouncing around like a childens TV presenter in the name of getting fit *If you feel you need an edgy and alternative hobby then come and find out what REAL Pole Dance is from an industry trained professional. Authentic Pole Dance is an acrobatic, gymnastic, graceful and confidence boosting skill, which will give you so much more for your money that your average pole-fitness class ever will! Unlike a Pole Fitness class, there are routines included in every level, that include floorwork and aerial transitions, which will teach you how to gracefully link everything you have learned at class together. Plus, its the only work out where you are not only allowed, but encouraged to have a laugh and be sensual and sassy ;) Classes (individual, group or open) we have for you, are: Bronze.............................. Beginner (3 levels) Silver................................ Intermediate (2 levels) Gold.................................. Advanced (2 levels) One to One Lessons: £15.00 per hour, or £72.00 for 6 weeks This is the most popular type of lesson and the kind that that students seem to prefer. Private Group 6 week courses Individual Taster sessions: £10 for 30mins I offer a taster session for those of you who don’t want to commit to a Pole Dance class with out trying it out first.
