ronze Level (Beginner, Level 1)

This is a low impact Pole Dance class for everyone. Focusing on wiggles, giggles, slinky pole moves, sensual walks and floor work. You will learn how to use a pole to look your most glamorous with minimal effort. 
Level 1 warm-up and cool-downs will also bring on your upper body strength and palm grip to ready you for Level 2.

Bronze (Beginner,Level 2)

During this course you will learn up to 18 spins, be able to distinguish between 4 different hand- grips, and up to 10 different transitions and 6 tricks so you can gracefully link each spin together. 
Bronze level is perfect for and strengthening your arms, back and shoulders, whilst toning your tummy and hips.

Bronze (Beginner Level 3)

During this level you will learn 25 more complex spins, spin combos and grips, also 12 more pole tricks, holds and lifts. The aim of the level is make sure you are nice and strong, ready for Silver level, with an adequate understanding of what Pole Work involves.
