Silver Level (Intermediate,Level 1)
During this course we will cover up to 15 more tricks and thier variations and 10 complex spin combinations. Linking this all together with super hot dance moves and floorwork to create powerful routines.
Silver Level warm-up and cool-downs are designed to increase your flexability and core strength.

Silver Level (Intermediate,Level 2)
The second half of the course involves `tummy to pole inverts`. Yes, its time to go upside down girls!! All the tricks that make you say `Wow!` will come easy now- 21 tricks and thier variations, plus inverted spins.
Silver level is perfect for the ultimate in abdominal strength, whilst thigh hold poses shape the legs and bum.
